I mean, it's in a food court. Say what you will about their sandwiches, they sure do seem to fly off the shelf. What they lack in froo-froo quality they make up in convenience. Their pho chay is a nice simple repose on a cold crappy day. It's also one of the few truly vegetarian pho available in the ID.romulusnrhttp://romulusnr.livejournal.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-440670896700743511.post-13793036635494161502008-03-23T09:36:00.000-07:002008-03-23T09:36:00.000-07:002008-03-23T09:36:00.000-07:00we don't often make it as far up as 12th, but for ...we don't often make it as far up as 12th, but for a good vietnamese sandwich we might be up for the walk. is there someplace specific you can recommend up there?

-- daveAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-440670896700743511.post-53949405884439949642008-03-18T13:04:00.000-07:002008-03-18T13:04:00.000-07:002008-03-18T13:04:00.000-07:00I would stay away from the Vietnamese sandwiches a...I would stay away from the Vietnamese sandwiches at Saigon Bistro. They aren't good, compared to those you can get at places around 12th and Jackson.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
